Shipping policy

All orders will be processed within one to two businesses day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number.

The tracking number is the best way to follow your shipment and get updates.

If your order is available for in-salon pick up at our Gulf Shores location, you will be notified via email or sms when it is ready! If your order is shipped from our warehouse it usually ships within 3-5 business days. Notifications and updates will come to your email.
